Hi folks, I am a coach in the High school league and I have been given a home work assignment by the Orem Rec, our home court, to do a write up of our team and the league to go in the Orem Rec center publication. Can anyone tell me some stuff about the league, when it was started? a list of past winners and any other exciting and or salacious rumors, fact or fiction that might make for good reading?

I probably need to submit my article in the next couple of days and don't expect a response by then. I really just wanted to post something to this site and say Hi. I should have gotten started earlier. It is just like high school, I excel in procrastination.
